A dream taking shape: The Center for Preventive Medicine

The Therapeutic Fasting Association aims to build a private preventive medicine center — a space dedicated to restoring body and soul, where natural methods combine with tranquility, faith, and closeness to nature.

This center will be a place:

• to retreat from the daily hustle and bustle
• to reconnect with your own inner rhythm
• supporting natural healing processess

Here, the programs will include:

• therapeutic fasting (with water or adapted)s
• alimentație echilibrată și ghidată
• exercise in nature and therapeutic walks
• counseling for emotional balance
• relaxation and recovery activities
• moments of silence, reflection and prayer

For all of this to become a reality, a suitable space is needed: a clean, secluded place, close to nature, where people can find peace and real support.
